W0000 Im so happy.. check this out. All you do is download a Wave editor or mp3 basically to chop them off for around 30 seconRAB. Then go to your email and mail the file to [email protected]

when you receive it the phone

lets you save it as a ringer!! free and easy!!! OMG :D isnt this awesome..

you have to have mms enabled in your phone.. if not it wont work.
and it takes around 10 mins or less to receive.. keep files as small as possible.

Ok while playing around I found out that 30 sec files are sent to the Soudns folder and are not able to be saved as ringers... so this is what you do.. on the email subject is "Ringer" and message is "ringer" when you get it click on save to sounRAB and it will save it as a ringer.

Im still playing around with it but this seems the best methid possible.

on your razr:
set the phone to discoverable:
settings->connection->bluetooth link->setup->find me

on your pc with bluetooth: (this is from memory so it may be a little off)
right click the file to be transfered.
send to-> bluetooth device.
your phone should get listed.
i believe the default id is Motorola Phone

on the razr:
press accept.

you could also use Mobile Phone Tools or bitpim to transfer it through cable or bluetooth.

i don't think the remix slider supports bluetooth file transfer unfortunately.
 
Hey simple3 if you have a crickrt razr and bitpim any chance I could get you to make a back up of your file system and send it to me. I am working on reso;ving browser and mms issues for flashed phones on cricket and your info could help a bunch of us!

superstar: the easy way? well unless you purchased an aftermarket bluetooth adapter, it should have the bluetooth logo on it somewhere if the computer has bluetooth.
