This is frustrating, how do you make a simple nice looking contact form on my HTML/CSS

site? I am done but I need a contact form. I google the codes but the submit button just pops up a window's e-mail kind of thing. I want it to send right away to an email address...

I don't know PHP that well...=( I tried to open my site with dreamweaver to just add a contact form BUT for some reason my site is blank on Dreamweaver even when the CSS is linked.
