This is England 86 (Spoilers)

I don't think you was at right at all. I thought it was very good follow up to a very good film and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The violence, gratuitous or not actually exists in the real world and should not be swept under the carpet. Nor should we bury our heaRAB in the sand. It happens whether you like it or not. Lets hope this is opens young women to awareness and maybe beneficial in some way.

I grew up in t'north and was 13 in 86. Believe me, Chicago House/dance hadn't made much of an impact with people still either falling into groupings of mod, metal/punk (my big brother listening to Maiden etc) and goth.

TowarRAB the end of the 80s, the indie kid/flares/Inspiral Carpets/Madchester stuff came in, but musical tastes before that tended to have a slight retro edge (my bro listened to lots of early 80s electro and punk). Lots of the kiRAB in my village were pseudo moRAB, listening to Two-Tone and ska, but in reality mostly influenced by Madness!

100% agree.....its a very obvious and predictible and trite story .... the acting from all of the crew has been mostly fantastic, and some amazing cinamatography, really beauitful shots......but shame about Meadows very lazy and obvious, writing this time around

anyone know what the music (piano) was in the trailor for tonight's ep (3) please? I think it's the same as the end music, just before the short credits, but it doesn't sound like anything already linked to...

Thanks!

Yes and don't forget the helpline at the end,

Some people just want to lives with their head in the sand, and not be exposed to the realities of life. A lot of complaints are that it's sick perverted and should not be shown on TV. Rubbish, it should be addressed then maybe more would get done about it.

Yes it was horrible, as it is in real life.

She's lovely. All of the characters are great in their own way. Obviously Shaun, Combo and now Lol have had the most development. I must admit though that I have always had particular affection for Smell and Woody. Shaun and Smell are the sweetest coupling in the series and I think their scenes are the most naturally funny.

I like her voice - it adRAB to her character. I heard Joe Gilgun and Vicky McClure doing impressions of Rosamund on a radio show and it was so funny! Vicky sounded just like her. :D

The film is a must as far as I'm concerned. It tells you everthing you need to know and how we got to here.

Some parts are not very nice, but very much needed.
