It's Moscow, Idaho. With the exceptions of June, July, and August, it is ALWAYS winter here. Today's high, in August mind you; 85. Last year there was a point when there was 14 feet of snow on the ground.
Hehehe, our regional office near Moscow had to be abandoned last winter because the snow weight more than tripled the weight limit of the roof and caused 36 inches of deflection in the ceiling. (At one point the highest point in the building was 5'8")
It's built to code and was finished 18 months ago. Fuck I love Idaho and it's crazy weather!
