have a possession and paraphernalia? I was pulled over for having my front license plate light was out. The cop smelled marijuana so he asked to search the car and i denied him, but my passenger said that we had smoked earlier that day so he used that as the right to check my car. As he did he found a quarter pound and an open beer which my passenger took claim. So they got us out of the car searched us and found nothing on me and nothing on my side of the car my passenger took claim to all the marijuana in the car. But weed was still on a Frisbee that i own and he considered that to be paraphernalia and gave me a m1 for possession and m4 for the freebiebut said that if i pleaded guilty to the m1 that he would take the m4 away. Just want some comments what you think would be the right way to go in this situation. oh and im a resident of ohio.
