Hey Guys I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or arguements for "This House would not give to charity." I am second for opposing the motion .

I can't really give any more information. The statement is the motion. That is just what it is. I don't exactly know how the proposition are going to define it until the minute the debate starts. They may say it means charitable organisations or they may mean charity all together or they might totally change the meaning.
