gotta disagree. This is not about wit at all. There are people out there trying to buy something for their children/family members and are just not familiar with games. These sellers are pathetic people. Their intent is clear....to take advantage of those who do not know better or understand. Its done all the time in my industry (mortgages). I hear horror stories of families losing their home and life savings because they were purposely misled. It doesn't matter how smart my clients are, they often don't understand the simplest things. They are not at fault. I seriously doubt the buyers of these auctions would want the transaction if they were clearly shown what they were actually buying.
