This girl publicly humiliated me by posting partially-naked photos of myself..?

on facebook. But it wasn't exactly "against the rules", because I was in my underwear and no "parts" are completely undressed. She posted it on her album, and tagged me so it shows on MY PROFILE and I can't get it off, so if my brother looks at my photos, he'll see it and snitch! The pic was taken by this friend of an old friend of mine, and we were at this slumber-birthday party of our friend and were jokingly take pics of each other in our underwear, and others of the party and then deleted the underwear ones and posted the other ones....but I guess she decided to use them to destroy me....and then she captioned it "wow catherine you are such a ****". I already knew the girl didn't like me, she has always hated me because an old friend turned her against me. She posted it yesterday before school, and by the time I got to school everyone in my and an older grade knew about it. I went to the school counselor, and he just said he didn't want to deal with school girl drama. I asked her to take them down, that it was horrible, backstabbing, and outrageously mean but she just smirked, told me there was nothing i could do about it, and that i couldn't MAKE her take them down. :( what can I do? Thank you..
