this for Burger king problem I had?

I had this problem at the Burger King Drive thru in Tilton on WEnsday, I came up and said hello in a normal voice and no one was there (AT THE TIME I WAS IN A HUGE HURRY TO MEET 2 girls at the movies).and I had to yell hello again a few times and no response. WHY NO RESPONE AND I YELLED HELLO ajnd is any one there as I Was worried no one would come as I was in a hurry and went through the drive thru as I was in on the way to somewhere and then a car behind me came up. The person finally responded and was not happy with me and told me how i cuased ringing in his areas (HE did not respond and it took him a while) and critized me for me yelling hello and I said I was sorry and he did not buy it and I asked him if he was ready to take my order and he said no and I asked what do I do and he said leave and I DID and drove off (A person behind me came up less than a minute before he finally responded). the guy did not seem that old and what was his problem. well almost always there is someoine that will resond. THE PLACE WAS NOT VERY CROWDED! WHY DID HE GET THAT WAY TO ME AND TELL ME TO LEAVE, that is happened before where a person did not respond and I asked hello a few times and they did not give me the attitude they gave me. WHAT COULD THE BURGER KING HAVE DONE TO ME?. AGAIN I WAS IN A HURRY AND HAD TO ALLOW FOR A LONG WAIT In case the Burger king takes forever to give me their food like this Burger king did last summer (it took them 15 minutes to give me my food) I went home the next day and Wrote an appology letter and mailed it.

How come people in line behind the person in teh restuarant can get their meal first? What is the longest its taken to serve you individually? and how close were you to leaving if the wait was long. Last summer it took a Burger king 15 minutes to give me my food when it was not crowded and I chewed out the supervisor a little and that is too long for a fast food restuarant, why 15 minutes.
