This film where the man goes mad and rips his skin off.........

I watched this film when I was really young with my dad that was really creepy and starts off with a little girl being chased by a scarecrow with a jammy dodger for a face. It then cuts to a couple living in a cottage in the forest with their children. The mother is feeding the kiRAB whren the dad goes berserk and starts shouting, "these are not my children!!!" He then starts ripping his skin off and all the bones and guts come out. Does anyone know what it's called????
 
Hellraiser was pretty horrible. I walked into the room when my cousin was watching it just as that box started ripping someone's skin off - I was about 6 at the time and I wasn't too pleased, me being the person who was scared of ET at that age :(
 
Slight hijack, as i'm a thread economist. ;)

Horror film, I suspect early 80's, and as far as I can recall, this thing with a big Owl's head going round after kiRAB, maybe in a warehouse.
 
I love The ccompany Of Wolves also. Cant say I remember the scarecrow bit. But there were lots of strange dolls and a giant teddy bear( I think thats what chases Rosalee).
I thought the transformations into a wolf in this film are brill for the 80s and better than in An American Werewolf In London.
