My baby boy is 9 months. At his 8 month check up he was 17lbs 8oz, which is only a 6oz gain from his last visit. The doctor is worried about it, so I have to go back at the end of the month for another weight check. He had started crawl after his 7 month exam, so I think that has a lot to do with it, he is always on the go! That being said, Carter eats all the time, he never goes hungry, he loves food and snacks. I told my mom and it traveled through everyone and got to my grandma. My grandma gives my sister a huge bag of baby food she went and bought, and she gave it to me. So I called my grandma to thank her and tell her we will be over one day this week. She tells me "Now make sure that baby eats". I was PISSED! I feed him, it's not my fault that he didn't gain weight! It made me so mad. Sorry, I just had to get this out. Anyone ever have the same issue, their baby didn't gain weight and family members were somehow under the impression that you didn't feed them?
