This album > that album.

Daydream Nation is certainly their magnum opus and agree Experimental Jet Set to be a wicked record despite there being no Lee Ranaldo stuff on it, he probably being my favourite meraber of the band (just)

As for the most recent album.........well, I`m so far behind my listening schedule and have a huge backlog of stuff to catch up on, in fact I`m listening to new stuff still from 2008 still. I`m kind of 2 years out of date.

The Smiths

The Smiths > Meat Is Murder > Strangeways > Queen is Dead

The Clash

Sandinista > Corabat Rock > Super/Black Market Clash > London Calling > s/t > Give Em Enough Rope

Black Flag

My War > First Four Years > Damaged

No More Stories over And the Glass Handed Kites? Half the World Is Watching Me better than A Triumph For Man? No way...

It should go:

And the Glass Handed Kites > Frengers > No More Stories > A Triumph For Man > Half the World Is Watching Me

I've never been able to understand why is that (the bold part). It's my favorite Doors album precisely because of that psychedelic sound. Some really great songs are there like Love Street, Summer's Almost Gone, Yes The River Knows...and especially Not to Touch the Earth one of the best Doors songs.

It's interesting, but it never really did it for me.

Although, perhaps in the spirit of things, I should listen to it again. Heh.

Alice In Chains

S/T>Dirt>MTV UNPLUGGED>Jar Of Flies>Facelift>Sap

Many will disagree with me putting S/T ahead of Dirt, but S/T just does more for me. I perfer the heavier more sluggish Alice. 'Grind' is one of my favorite album openers of all time!

Soundgarden

Down On The Upside>Badmotorfinger>Superunknown>Louder Than Love>Ultramega OK

Pearl Jam

Riot Act>Vs.>No Code>Vitalogy>Ten>Binaural>S/T>Yield>Backspacer

Oasis

Be Here Now>Definitely Maybe>Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants>Morning Glory>Don't Believe The Truth>Heathen Chemistry>Dig Out Your Soul

Be Here Now was a mess, as was Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants. That's coming from someone who grew up listening to them.

Definitely Maybe> What's The Story >>>>>>> Everything else.

You seriously think Sandinista to be the weakest Clash album! It tenRAB to to make a lot of peoples all time favourite albums list regardless whether they are Clash fans or not. The sheer diversity and the uniqueness of it make it a classic album. As for how you can even consider putting "Cut the Crap" above it, is just beyond belief. :o:

same here. i don't care too much for it. it would be last for me. i can't say i'm a huge fan of california either. maybe some day i will come around but so far i have just been doing this with it: :banghead:
