Thirteen year old interested in astronomy?

The best book for anyone any age to learn about astronomy is NightWatch byTerence Dickinson (Firefly). It is beautifully written and illustrated so that anybody can learn a lot about astronomy from it.

I'd also recommend the educational versions of Starry Night software, which come with detailed exercises which fit the school curriculum in astronomy. Probably the Middle School or High School versions would be best for you.

I have been interested in astronomy since I was 6 or 7 years old, and I was wondering if there was any programs for people my age to learn more about space. Also, if you could suggest a few (comprehensible) books on astronomy and astrophysics, that would be great. If there is anything else you can think of that you think would help, please tell me.

well here's a movie u might like a breif history of time and here's a fact U can't go in a black hole the most u can do is go to the event horizen because the faster u go the slower times goes once u reach the speed of light 100% then time stops thats what happens so u can't go in a black hole tell me some of some facts I know. Are u learning space science this year I have to wait 2 more years until I can learn about space I am 11.
