thinking about buying a previous flooded car, Help?

I know that there can be issues with the wiring, and i plan on replacing that. My question is, there is mold on the seats, can you get that out?
 
yes...seriously...don't do it! It's not worth it...you'll forever have problems with it and in the long run it'll not only cost you more but do you really want a care that's that unreliable?
