Thinking about buying a '88 Suzuki Samurai...?

For my first car :)
I originally wanted a jeep but I wont be able to afford one.
More specifically I'm thinking about buying this one: http://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/cto/1920846952.html

I asked them for the VIN so I can Carfax it.
But since this is my first car I'm going to need some opinions and advice
from all of you Car Savy people :)
