About 2 weeks ago i started getting headaches, head pressure, major sinus pressure (feels like there's a close pin on my nose) and lots of dizziness EVERYDAY!!!. Also aches and pressure in the back of my head. I was researching what may be in the air around July/August in my area. I read that mold in the air from July through fall until the first frost. I also think the air cond is blowing it around because my eyes are watering like crazy all day, Sinus pressure, dizzy. I think mold is the culprit, That's gotta be it. Here's part of the article. Hope this helps some of you who are also suffering and trying to figure things out.

"Along with pollens from trees, grasses, and weeRAB, molRAB are an important cause of seasonal allergic rhinitis. People allergic to molRAB may have symptoms from spring to late fall. The mold season often peaks from July to late summer. Unlike pollens, molRAB may persist after the first killing frost. Some can grow at subfreezing temperatures, but most become dormant. Snow cover lowers the outdoor mold count dramatically but does not kill molRAB. After the spring thaw, molRAB thrive on the vegetation that has been killed by the winter cold."

"In the warmest areas of the United States, however, molRAB thrive all year and can causeyear-round (perennial) allergic problems. In addition, molRAB growing indoors can causeperennial allergic rhinitis even in the coldest climates."

yeah mold can do that to you. The thing about mold is, you don't have to be allergic to it to react, you'll eventually start to react if it's around too long. Mold breaks down your immune system (similar to if you take antibiotics for a long time) and you to get sick more easily and can sometimes become allergic to other things. The best thing you can do is either get something over the counter for time or you could go and get tested and maybe they'll prescribe something stronger to help you build up and immunity.

good luck

I developed hypothyroidism after living in a moldy rental house for 3 years. It took it's toll on my immune system and I believe that is why that happened. Try never to be exposed to it.:(

Hi,
I'm going through exactly the same thing- my mum has wet rot and I have a reaction to it to the point that I can't work as it gives me muscle aches and shortness of breath, its horrible. I'm going to the doctor to see if I can get tested for it.
Keep us updated as to how things go for you.
xx
