Ok, I have this HUGE box of DELICIOUS peaches, but they're so ripe they'll be bad in a few days if they are not cooked or eaten or preserved or something...and i'm running out of ideas!
I've already thought of Cobbler, Pie, drying them and freezing them. Anyone got any more ideas? I don't want to waste these peaches!!!
