Thin, useful and lightweight ideas

My beloved Axim has died. I am going to expand my horizons and try to combine the two. If I find that this does not work then I will pick up a used Axim until the ?perfect? solution is available.

I am on T Mobile and would like to stay there. I am willing to spend the money to get an unlocked phone. I would also be willing to wait a reasonable amount of time for an upcoming phone. The primary purpose would be to synch contacts and calendar.

Priorties: Great Screen/Resolution ? the larger the better
Size ? the thinner the better. In a perfect word around11 mm.
Weight ? if possible below 115 g
Bluetooth
Comfortable and usable keys

I do not care about: Camera, games, video or music

Thank you!

Yeah let me second the dash, I just got one a couple of days ago, and I have been really impressed. The screen is beautiful, though the keys look tiny I am amazed how easy it is to use them (and I have THICK thumbs) but most of all it feels amazing in your hand. I really love it.
Another option that is actually even better for you would be the HTC Herald. The reason you will like it better than the dash, is that it is Pocketpc, and it can be a hard transition. but what it has going for it, it is thin, only 17mm. has a great big screen, and a keyboard that is far and away more comfortable than the dash (though the dash has a passable keyboard) the only way it falls short for you is it is a little heavier than you want, but I think if you are willing to comprimise in that department you will really like the herald.
