Thigh pain

I am gururaj aged 42, leaving in karnataka. India. I have upper thigh problem since last six months. the pain will start during walking only. by sitting or sleeping pain will not there. in x ray it shows that it is lumber spondalyties. In MRI L4-L5 AND L5-S1 problem shows, the main thing is i dont have any back ache. please help me. what i do. Even though i show to Neorolgist also but problem is not solved. please help me.

i have a herniated disc at L5 S1 I get pain all down my leg and absolutely none in my back. my Neuro said that it is not unusual.
