Hey Darryl,

I'm not sure if this will help, but here goes. I've also experienced numbness with a burning sensation which started in my hip, it would then move to about mid thigh. I mentioned this to my doctor and she ordered up some x-rays and found that a bone wedged at the base of my spine was the culprit.

daryl1963: if that's what it is it is fixable my back surgery. I was just watching the Doctors TV show and they were talking about MS. The symptoms are numbness and tingling. It's a nervous disorder. I'm sure you know about MS. Read up on it though and have her checked for that as well.

daryl: the woman talking on the show also just mentioned about Vitamin D levels. She said by giving people vitamin D in large doses that it's helping reduce the MS. Interesting.
