BILLIONS of usenet posts are all over the net as copies. You just try
to procecute someone for copying one or more of your posts. You'll
fail.

The lawyer will love your money tho'. Give it a try, dumbass.

Only an idiot would copy some bullshit from some "Myths" site and
think it was fact.

You're an idiot, Blake.

Let me know what courtroom you try this shit in. I want to come laugh
at you.

Sure, you can copy any website on the net, but if you try to use the
site as your own, you could be sued.

Usenet posts? Get the fuck real you asshole. You live in some kind of
fucking dream world.

I have something you can bend over and morph on, you chicken shit
little weasle.

I have about a million usenet posts right here on my fucking machine,
you fool. Go ahead and try to do something about it.

You're a fucking idiot. I already knew that from reading your posts,
but maybe you still need to be told.

Hahahahaahahahaaha, I've archived all of your messages on my PC.
Whatcha going to do about it, you asshole?

Nothing! Because you're too stupid to even know how if you could.

Blow me "sw". I doubt you're even smart enough to know how to filter
someone.

If not, then filter me you stupid jerk.

"kill file" hahahahahahaa, old fashioned usenet speak. It's actually
called a "filter" and can be circumvented by anyone who has used a PC
for more than a year.

Yer gonna "killfile" someone everywhere? Wow! You must be God. Hey,
good to meetcha God. Turn me into a duck while you're at it!

Thanks guys, I'll go back into "The Cooking Junkie" now and enjoy the
posts from this group AFTER the bullshit has been removed via auto-
filtering and manual editing.

It's a much cleaner read.

Bye-Bye now.

Sqwertz, that's your cue to say something witty after I
leave......hahahahahahaahahaha, you know you will.

Folks love to complain about mirror sites. It's part of the love of
Usenet culture.

While not true in a theoretical legal sense it may as well be in a
practical sense. Once posted to UseNet a message goes out to all of the
servers on UseNet. Say goodbye to strict forms of copyright. That's
wide distribution of complete text of writings.

Mirroring a UseNet group is nothing new. Some folks don't like it, but
how is it different from Google Groups displaying UseNet with banner ads
on the side? Pretty much Google does list them as UseNet groups if you
read the text in the corner.

The Google archive really is just another mirror. But all UseNet
servers are really just mirrors of each other. That's how UseNet has
always worked.

It takes at a week or 25 posts to make my automatic killfile. The

You claim to be a lawyer but can even spell copyright, Elmer Fudd.

Are we talking votes yet?

It would be breach of your copyright.

Some years back I was involved in almost exactly that scenario. A
commercial gardening website ran discussion forums for the public to ask
for gardening advice; and paid me (and others) to write the advice.
After a while the MD announced he intended to publish the advice in
print as a book.

That was when he found out that even though he had paid me to write on
a public forum which anyone could read, the copyright of my forum posts
belonged to me, and it would be a breach of law for him to re-use my
material for gain in another medium without my permission. I refused to
waive my copyright and he was forced to drop the idea.

Janet.

Might be a class action.

With Google making money off of it, it's quite concievable that they
have created themselves a vulnerability. When it was just deja it was
yet another USENET server with an unusually long retention time. Now
that Google is moving it away from USENET entirely and operating it for
profit they may have changed its character enough to make it a copyright
violation. Or not. Copyright on the Internet is not a well-defined
term--the nature of the net makes copying necessary for the system to
function, and what copies are and are not violations has as far as I
know not yet been nailed down by either statute or case law.

And the interface is HORRENDOUS. This thread, for example, is split
into 9 other threads, none of which go back to the beginning. It's
worse than reading RFC VIA Google.

You are so very predictable. It takes a week to make your "automatic
killfile" Hahahahahaahahahaha

Again, you're full of shit. There is no such thing as an automatic
killfile that is set to a time frame. You're a liar.

You set each instance of your "killfile" to perform. Nothing is
automatic in it and you know it, liar.

I'll be here until I'm tired of fucking with you. Get it now?

If you close that overly large and foul opening between your nose and
chin, I'll leave sooner.

See how that works, Mr. conceited blowhard?

You're almost too fucking stupid to stand up!

First you lie about your so-called "Automatic Killfile" hahahaahahaha

Then you lie about how the freely open posts on usenet are displayed
on the site in question.

Do you lie from habit?

Joining the site is so easy I can't believe even someone as fucking
stupid as you can't do it.

You belong on usenet, fool. Its an old fashioned text interface that
almost any idiot can use. You should feel right at home on it.

What a liar you are. You just say anything that falls out of your
mouth, don't you?

The last resort of a pathetic liar; use a spelling flame.

Hahaha! You're a real joke, you know that don't you? I mean, look at
all the other users of your group....none are showing up to your
defense.

That should tell you something Mr. Liar and pathetic usenet loser.

You barely have enough common sense to breathe.

You lie about anything and everything that comes out of your mouth or
from your keyboard.

What a loser you are!

Hey, I've copied every single post of yours. I'm going to spread them
all over the net and put them into personal emails about you. What are
you going to do about it, asshole?

Nothing!

But lie some more.

And continue being a pathetic jerk.
