i am a 13 year old who want to have hair like gerard way.my hair is abbout 1.5inches long but very very very thick and i got a cows lick on top part of my head and my hair curls at the end of it,i was wondering how long your hair has to be before u can thin it with thinning shears and how much does it cost.(i live in london)
