They won't tell me how much my speeding ticket will be until I go to court -?

Need an idea of what I'll have to pay Doesn't have to be exact but there's a difference between $100 and $500.

-Was 30MPH over.
-In Georgia.
-Second ticket in over a year.
-No points on license yet. (until this one, I'm guessing)

Can the sentence be jail? What if it was on a road with almost no traffic? And it was a low speed back road not a highway.
