They don't make the ignition coil for the 68 Honda CL175 anymore, how can I figure out..

...what replacements work? The bike is a K0 model, and the original part # for the coil is 30500-216-405, please, any help would be great.

I tested the Coil and can not get anything through the Plug wires the other leads are fine
