My son got into it with my son-in-law he babysits for them everyday all day for only 10 dollars a day and this is for 4 children. My son has problems getting his money from them almost every week. Once again when it came pay day he asked for his money and they said we will pay you whenever we feel like it. He was mad and went over to their house my daughter gave him a little of what she owed him as he was leaving her husband came out on the porch and came at him he is a very large man.. My son who is 17 got scared reached in his pocket and pulled out a BB gun and pointed it at him to scare him ( bad move) they filled out a statement on him and he was arrested on aggravated assault.
I live in Illinois and the thing was when the police came to arrest my son I asked them if they had a warrant they said they didn't. I asked them to wait by the door and instead they came in my home pushed us aside and went in his room and arrested him.
My son has never been in trouble and I am very concerned about this. I am also wondering if it legal for them to walk in uninvited?
Also I would like to add it took 3 days before they came to arrest him it was not like the incident just occurred.
