get to know her (if you don't already) ask about her hobbies siblings all that sorta stuff then start calling her pretty and cute and such then finally ask her for her number and call/text her, talk to her that way then ask her if she'd like to go see a movie or out to lunch/dinner. anyways hope this helps you out some.
