theres problem with Adobe flash player 10 pissing me off,, please help me?

Everytime i try to watch a video, refresh the page the video is on, or skip ahead in the video....A POP UP COMES UP

- An ActionScript error has occured:

Error: Error #2101: The String passed to URLVariables.decode() must be a URL-encoded query string containing name/value pairs.

What the heck is that?? How do I get rid of that??? I don't want it to pop up everytime I watch a video or skim through a video online.

Please help me. I would appreciate it VERY MUCH! Thanks.
