Ok, so back in early April one of my husband's labor workers was arrested. He was arrested under suspicion of exposing his self to two female minors and trying to lure the two girls into his vehicle. He was pulled over on his way to work because he drives a black Ford Ranger and two young minors said it was a Hispanic male in a black truck. So he was pulled over the following day after the minors had reported this to the police leaving his apartment complex and driving "Near" by, not at the bus stop that these incidents allegedly happened at. My husband's worker lives less than .1 mile from this bus stop. So of course he would be close by. They pulled him over because he was a Hispanic male in a black truck near the bus stop.
He was taken into custody and the one of the minors identified him. HOWEVER the rest of the men in the line up were NOT Hispanic and it was two months after the alleged incidents.
The young female minors claimed the Hispanic male would drive by and shout out sexual things and stop and ask them to get in his truck. However this is the HUGE twister.... he doesn't speak a LICK of English and he's GAY!!! He is into men!!!!!!!!!!!! He came on a Visa about seven months ago and lives with his boyfriend and doesn't speak ANY English!!! So how could he shout sexual things and ask these young girls to get in his truck? When my husband hired him he told him “Now when you speak English I can start paying you more.” He said that the worker said he didn’t have time to go to school at the moment because he needed to just work two jobs to save money for his mother’s surgery but after that was paid off her would start to learn English.
Anyways, his brother went to the poldoesn'tation and asked for the police report and they said there was NEVER a police report filed and they do not have one. His brother and family also attended his first trial a few weeks ago and they had to reschedule to trial because there was no police report. So how in the world is this possible???? Their family can not afford an attorney and he has a court appointed one, but he doesn’t do much. He has only spoken to him twice. He has been in jail since April and knows nothing about his case.
