There's a weird thing on/in my ear.?

For a month or two now i've had something in the lobe of my left ear and i don't know what it is. At first i thought it was just a pimple but its inside my ear lobe not on it. I don't know what it is and im a little worried. If someone could help that would be great.
 
It might be a cyst or a fatty deposit - check it out with your doctor, it's probably nothing to worry about. Good luck :-)
