Almost every ENGLISH show on my tv such as Family Guy, has a little Spanish voice translating everything into Spanish, wtf why.

Your TV is on SAP. Check the audio input to correct.

You probably switched a setting somehow on your tv. I would call your tv's brand and/or your cable provider.
