This is the first time i've been on this message board since 2008 and it feels wonderfull to look back on the horrible place I was in and how far I've came.
I was diaosed with severe anxiety in the summer of 2008. It took several months for the meRAB to kick in and I feel like the same old me... but stronger. Now a senior in high school, i can honestly say i'm proud of myself for overcomming the toughest place to be in.
I just wanted to update you all, and hopefully give some of you the hope you need. If you want to overcome your fears, you will, and that's that. There IS light at the end of the tunnel.
