not going to happen. the manufacturers would kill cricket. sprint and verizon would try suing cricket AGAIN. as far as splitting the profit? well i guarantee you cricket won't see a dime of that, the RSRs are probably just pocketing the cash. cricket does not advocate flashing phones. they just don't do anything to stop it. and legal would definately put a stop to cricket selling flashing service.
 
Stores In Louisville Are Using Some Guy In Colorado To Flash Phones Only Thing They Have To Do Is Hook The Phone Up A Computer And He Flashes It From There And Only Charges Them $10 Bucks And They Make $35 To $75 Off This Y Would This Guy Take Pennis Over Dollars And What Makets Is He Evading With This Crap
 
the only person i know that flashes remotely is krjavi and he is pretty good at what he does...guess you could make a lot of money if you remote flash in every market...

i might have to set that up soon...lol
 
There is nothing wrong with flashing.
The thing that Cricket is concerned about are the hacks that tell the customer every feature (included in the RP) will work...and then it doesn't.
Customer enRAB up bent at Cricket not the guy that didn't fully flash.
 
hows he a hater? providing a service to multiple locations for a low cost and then letting the stores up the price? so basically, you are saying that every single retail establishment in the world is a hater because they want to turn a profit?
 
You're damned right! The few phones I flash (exclusively 6700's and 6800's) I charge $75 for, and nobody has ever balked at it. I had one customer who hit me up for a deal, but he was buying 4 phones, so I did 4 for the price of 3....

I prefer to sell phones that are already flashed because I can make $150+...

However, I've decided that none of it is worth the hassles. I almost never flash anymore.. In fact, I'm just trying to get rid of my last 3 phones I have and I'll be done unless a past customer calls me. For $75 it's not worth the inevitable 5-6 phone calls for tech support stupidity.
 
Dude, that's a BRILLIANT idea... Using logmein or something similar to flash in remote markets.

I wouldn't do it for $10 unless I was getting good volume from the store (and even then, probably not) but it's a killer idea.
 
ok talk to the lady again to and yes she is ready to start trying to flash phones she said she just got back from some meeting cricket had in vegas were they were talking bout how other meaning sprint and verizon phones r becoming more and more the customer choice and that they r losing money on phone sales so to balance thing out shes ready to start flashing out of her locations in louisville she said she knows store that already do it shes dead serious on this she not worried bout the legal part she this money hungrey and ready to mess things up for everybody we have a meeting on tuesday hopefully i can talk her out of it
 
this is not a cricket store...this is a cricket dealer store...dealer stores do flash phones but corporate stores do not...

you should give her my nuraber...pm me and i'll give it to you...i can talk to her and explain to her what her problems would be...lol

when really it is a dealer store that tells the customer there is nothing they can do because they are inept and blow goats...

what a crock...that's why some of us like to offer continued service and support for all their customers (even the annoying/stupid ones)...

i don't even have a store and i go way above and beyond...i fix it when it is the customers fault it's broken...i don't even charge for the first offense...

now if a custy comes to me after their 3rd master reset, then i have to charge them an idiot tax...
 
yeah...i'd do most talk/text flashes for $10-15 but the advanced would be $30-40...

i will defintely be doing this in the furure...

this thread should be locked and deleted to cut down on my future competition...lol
 
and yes this is a cricket only store from the sign on building to the phones she sales is cricket cricket everywhere even the shirts they where
 
man thank you i was about to start a new thread about is pda's for everybody because it just seem like there the ones that call crying the most about stupid stuff ( o i did this now my internet don't work or i did this instead of what you told me to do now i can't rec pics) i had this one lady that call 5 times a day just asking question then one day as luck would have it she mess'd up the charge port aand then wanted another pda i had to tell her i don't think pda are 4 you
 
yeah...i had a custy call me at midnight on a friday and ask to buy a mogul...

i reluctantly went and took his hard earned $$$ and programmed the mogul for his account...

because it was 12am central (1am eastern), i could not login and change the esn on his account...

i told him that the phone was already programmed and when he called cricket the next day they would tell him to *228...i told him do not dial *228 because your phone is programmed...

the next day he called demanding that i fix his evdo immediately...lol

he was rude, so i pointed him to www.corolada.com/prl and gave him instructions on how to update his prl...

i then politely hung up on him and laughed, wondering if he would ever figure out how to load the new prl... :evil:
