Does anyone know what this could be from? I have never had a knee injury before in all my life. I am 28 years old. A tad overweight, male, 5'11'', 200LBS, work out at the gym 3 times a week, eat ok.... etc.... as of last month, whenever i got down a flight of stairs, my left knee cap has shooting pains all over... it really hurts, like needles or daggers piercing my knee... thanks...
There is sharp shooting pain in my left knee ONLY when going down a flight of stairs.?
