there is play when i move my tire back and forth on one side of my jeep?

i was having trouble when i would try to put on my brakes it wouldnt stop the peddle would pulse and would not let my push down on the peddle it only happons on a bummpy roed or a snowy road other than that its fine unless i am going 45 or more it would shake but it would let me stop i check the tires on both sides and one side only has play when i go back and forth not up and down
 
most will have some play and doesnt have anything to do with brakes
rear end gears and brake two diferent parts type into searchbox
how to check brakes
hard to push down is power brake booster or vaccum leak shaking another problem play in rear end not a problem unless yu had brake on while you was doing it
