There is no received folder for picture/video messages on the verizon...

...website!! plz help!!!! 10 pts!!!!? yeah so even tho i have a pic phone i got sent a pic and it said i need to go the website vzwpix.com. so i do that and i go to media and then messages. there should be a draft, sent, and received folder in the messages tab. but there are only draft and received. it would be in received but there just is nothing there. i looked in forums and a few other ppl had my same problem but the verizon website/ costomer support is useless and im really frustrated now because i need to view this pic
