It is vertical when aligned with my thumb. It is about one inch and it is BULGING on my left hand. (I am right-handed if it helps). It is constantly vibrating. It doesn't hurt, I feel no pain...but the vibrating is so irritating, I literally have to squeeze it with all my might for it to stop vibrating. I don't know what is wrong. Can anyone please tell me what is the matter?
