Last night I noticed a small rock on the side of the tank. This morning, the 'rock' has moved to the other side of the tank. I was completely baffled until I noticed this rock moving slowly. I can only assume this rock is a snail. If it is, how did it get there? What does it do? Should I remove it? And will it harm or damage my goldfish, which I am getting later on today?

Hello, Very amazing but happy to hear this. I think should not remove from the tank because it make up the beauty of your tank and also Snail will not be harmful to goldfishes because they all always alive together in the pool or sea. :)

Hey do you grow plants in your fish tank? if so from the plant the snail might have came and it will not harm your goldfish...let both grow together in your tank..
