of cluster bombs ? It seems that about 5% of these bomblets do not explode on impact causing deaths or terrible injuries to anyone stepping or picking one up. This effects many, many children playing outside.There are 3 countries who are refusing to attend. The US and China who both make these deadly weapons The third country Is Israel who use them. Very predictable don't you think ?
