There has been a debate about satat and workplace for a long time?

Do you feel if there is not proper place to wadu and adequate place to pray in privacy that it shouldn't be allowed until that person gets in the comfort of their home or such a place?
How do you feel about Salat in the workplace and what about public places should there be salat rooms offered in public places such as hospitals, YMCA, Resourt Facilities, Major Complexes such as Malls and so on?

I feel that as long as you are able to cleanse yourself and the place is clean then we should pray for the sake of Allah s.w.t

I go to University and thought I have classes I will get up,excuse myself and pray.
Usually I pray either in the lower level lobby (it is always silent and no one is around since they are in class) or (one time) I prayed behind the building on the asphalt.
