...timing? I believe the three lines on the flywheel are for timing which one is the exact one for proper timing, and do they correspond with the cam lines?
 
First, the prairie has CDI ignition that should not need to be adjusted, it either works or it doesn't work.

If you want to check the timing you would use a timing light with an inductive couple around the spark plug wire. Use the battery on the bike to power the timing light. This must be done with the engine running. BTW you need to know where the timing marks are, typically they are on the flywheel.
