There are many carpenter ants flying in my garden.?

They are not termites, looks like queen ant with white wings. What can I do? Is there any pest control that I can buy in Canadian Tire or Home Depot? Or other stores?(I am in Canada)
 
all ant species will have some with wings, not just carpenter ants,,ant wings will look like cellophane, clear..termite wings are white...knowing what type of insect or ant species you have is needed to know before knowing what is best approach for them
