I have banned very few people in 5 yrs of staffing/owning sites it is a last resort as far as I am concerned.


So over all I suggest you in future read what I put and not assume you know what I am thinking.

When you can find where I have literally said where I would trade his IP you are welcome to slate me as much as you want, but until then get the facts right and don't after the event try and make me look bad assuming you know what I am thinking :)

FST is a great place to discuss issues. It is how you go about creating the discussion that makes all the difference.

Next time you have a problem, instead of making a negative post about someone who cannot defend their position (cowardly, BTW), why not post a topic about making a mends with trackers you have been banned on/or mods you have had a "spat" with.

You will get some good advice. Many people have been through the same thing as you. Some have been smart/tactful enough to actually remedy the problem. By creating this thread, you have burned all bridges behind you (with the site and its admins) AND you have burned bridges ahead of you by creating a bad reputation/image of yourself. I could not possible justify filling a [REQ] for you. I also could not justify mediating a situation for you.

What the Mod did to you was minimal to the damage you have done to yourself. Bottom line... not only did the mod defeat you (impose his will), but he has succeeded in letting you make things worse for yourself. If he is your "enemy" he is WAY ahead of you on points!

I don't think i've hinted in any way that am backing him over this thread,so am not championing his cause.Am with everybody else who thinks this thread was stupid,beats me why its gone viral :P .
That established lets move on to the other guys that people are avoiding to discuss,the people who started all this.
No diplomatic language or political correctness.Do you agree that the hdbits staffers who banned him were disrespectful,unprofessional and executed the two bans unfairly?

PS:I know you'll say they have an IQ similar to swe's though I think its a little higher like say that of a cereal box but still

You may not realize it yet, but you do have a huge influence on how events unfold and what happens to you. It's always best to calm down (take a day or two, or until you can deal with a problem rationally- however long that takes) before taking any action.

Try to work things out with the other party. Do so responsibly and respectfully.

If it is impossible to come to an understanding, go to someone with greater authority. But if you failed to act responsibly and respectfully when dealing with the first person, you just gave them ammo for their position. Chances are, you will have a weaker position in the discussion with the supervisor because the supervisor has a working relationship with the subordinate. You are (especially in the BT world) not that significant. The mod is DONATING his time to the site. You are a guest- always remember this!

Good luck with your changes. It will take time and effort to mend relationships after an event like this. Make your future posts reflect this change and you can regain some of that trust. Do not expect immediate results.

That may or may not be the case I cannot comment on as do not know them. But it does not mean they are not friendly with owners of other sites who may read this, which could cause you issues on there sites.

As for my posts reloving around you knowing what I think is due to the fact that the line you went down and failed in every attempt to put any substance to your posts.

You started by accusing me of things which upto now you have not proved in the slightest.
So you either need to admit you are wrong or in some way prove that I do pass on IP addies

As for the site, it sounds like there may be some problems. Although I seriously doubt that OlegL was picked on at random, without reason.

And even if he had been the object of a bully, he COMPLETELY destroyed his chances of remedying the situation to a higher authority with his tantrum. Whatever grounds he had are now long lost.

Personally, if a site just "randomly began picking on me", I would maturely discuss it with the individual. If that did not work, I would take it to a higher authority. If I ran out of options, I would go somewhere else. As long as I did not completely make an ass out of myself, I could keep an eye on that site (assuming I really wanted to go back) and see if they have any staffing changes.

IRL, if I truly cannot stand someone and they are having a party at their house, I will just make other plans. Some situations are out of your control, but maintaining your composure and having a good reputation (being respectable, not pretending to be) will far exceed any childish attacks you can hurl.

Edit- I have never been on that site, but I know (a very small bit) about them. They have a strong emphasis on technical details. They even make people take an "exam" before becoming members. From what I have heard, they really do not want people who do not know about encoding. There are plenty of other sites that do not have that proficiency as an entry requirement.

Ok fine then,you'll have the last word but before that,mind twisting this in a way that is in line with your other posts but in a way that shows you don't hand over your members IPs to other trackers for banning?I swear i'll rest it if you do.You can pm me and do this in private instead of taking the thread to page 10 with irrelevant meaningless posts.
