The " Waterloo Road" series 6 thread

Why is everyone saying that Waterloo Road is done for this series? the announcer on BBC HD said don't forget to update your series links and remember it is on BBC 1 HD next Wednesday.

I've been wondering about her mate maybe her mate went off with her boyfriend didn't he just disappear too.

I think Sam's like 16 or 17 I'm sure when I first read an interview with her back in series 3 she was 13. If she's left I'm not sure I can be bothered tuning in she's like the only decent kid

We did see a fair bit of Lauren, though she wasn't quite centre stage. No doubt we'll see more of both her, Finn and other characters in later episodes.

I liked these first two episodes a lot. Amanda Burton is shaping up to be an excellent character - far better than in Silent Witness, where I didn't really like her much. And Sambuca is one of my favourite characters.

WOW. Some people in this thread are so negative, it's just a TV show not a scientific documentary. I've been thoroughly enjoying this series after not finding any plots of significant interest last series and I kind of thought other people would also acknowledge the rise in quality but obviously not! :D Sometimes I wonder why people watch shows that they are going to just complain about. Some people in here are like "Oh quick finish this storyline it's shit"...you all realise if they had no recurring plots then there would be no show, right?

I'm stuck then :D, because I've seen him in Sambuca's class a few times.

Dumb moment, just realised Rose named her daughter after an alcoholic drink.

Just wondered if anyone had any ideas on the Waterloo Road episode 2 timeline. I posted that I was baffled cos they left school at normal time, straight to the search, appeared to finish searching two hours later - 11pm - then went straight to the pub, which was in full swing. I know it's not important, but I feel really curious now.

well, he isn't, Tom is probably the most caring member of staff there to be honest, and without him, god knows how many kiRAB would have left, He is looking out for Janeece as the ep clearly pointed out, i think i would to, if i saw the mother of a child wanting to have HER baby back! I doo feel sorry for Ruby though!

Spoliers for last few eps, are in this:
Ah well, Janeece get's her baby back, so i wonder what Ruby does, but she isn't back for S7 i don't think. Also it's sort of good/bad that steph is in the next 2 eps, because, good: she's there! bad: She wasn't in the next time bit, suggesting only a small role, and i wish her 2 eps were spread out a bit more! Also, i can't wait for Bex's return in the last ep, storyline looks good, going back to steal stuff from Karen!

That's your opinion. I would welcome them doing something like a gay couple storyline in the school but maybe not with Finn, and Josh irritates me.

And there is a hell of a lot more than 1.5% of the population that is gay. Maybe 1.5% of London is gay or something, but the UK as a whole... try multiplying that 1.5 a bit and you'll be closer.

i think it's really rubbish so far. i can't even be bothered to watch this weeks.

the first episode was good, but it's gone downhill. and i hate karen's daughter jess.
