The " Waterloo Road" series 6 thread

Great episode tonight, apart from the ending with the 'thing' caught on CCTV and suddenly everything went very horror film style and the camera inexplicably flickered - that was a little too much I think!

I can't believe its the last epp next week, I wish the BBC would just broadcast the entire series, by the time it returns I will have almost forgotten what was happening! and its not like they have anything better to show these days!

I'm disappointed to learn that Sambuca Kelly and Finn Sharkey will be leaving in the next series (series 7)... Quote from the Waterloo Road wiki: "Series 7 will also see the departure of Holly Kenny (Sambuca Kelly) and Jack McMullen (Finn Sharkey)." - I think their great actors and great characters.

I don't know. And have Finn's parents gone to America after all? If so, where is he living and who with? Another two of Waterloo Road's great mysteries!

Teachers in general or the ones on Waterloo Road?
Because if you're gonna slag off what I do for a living and call me useless, you'll have to back it up.
Or, if you're just talking about characters from WR, that's fine and you'll have to forgive me for being a bit touchy :o

I know my school employs former pupils but it would never be in the capacity of school secretary unless they had been pupils years and years before. Janeece was there a couple of years ago and she now has access to the confidential files of the teachers she had, and with her level of immaturity she would be blabbing to everyone...

Just watched the 1st episode of the new series i know i am a bit behind but quitle liked the new head and will be looking to see how well she settles in

meh, it was ok.... didnt think it was as good as some of the other episodes this series! the stuff with becks just annoys me, the grantly stuff was good though :)

Finally managed to see this epp after missing the last 4 due to them not being repeated on BBC3.

Was a little predicable to be honest, and why was the Spanish teacher teaching the kiRAB about drugs?

I loved it. Grantly and Fleur was a story acted brilliantly and was definately a highlight of this part of Series 6 (this is my first series of Waterloo Rd). The Bex storyline is okay albeit not the most original, but it's good enough and the Fisher family are an interesting bunch. The Josh and Finn storyline was also another highlight that should be further explored - according to the official Twitter page, we should 'keep watching' where this is concerned, so looking forward to the second half of the series early next year. :)

Love this show! But it's frustratingly predicatble!
Ruby has trouble concieving.... Janeece turns up prgnant, unsure she want's the baby...
Mr mean has one night stand.... girl is a pupil AND his boss's daughter...

And what's up with Josh? Why is he gay all of a sudden? I mean, if he's gay that's fine... but don't have him and lauren flirting for a series, then just get them together for him to make eyes at Finn while kissing her!? What!? I'm not a happy bunny :(

I am still slightly annoyed that Amy Porter and that curly haird girl Laura (?) are still frienRAB. The way Amy drove a wedge between Sambuca and Laura did my nut in!!

Actually is Sambuca coming back?

Glad the tedious borefest of the Jess/Chris storyline is over! I liked Jess and Jonah as a couple, so I hope they get back together.

Bring back Steph!

Yes, Tina O' Brien will be forever young - they should have cast her as one of the pupils but the Bex storyline is good. I'm glad her Dad has left...he also annoyed me. He can concentrate on Corrie now! :D
