who was enjoying a skiing lesson, =must= bring legislation in for skiers to wear protective head ware, this accident seems to have been a simple fall, resulting in loss of life, deepest sympathy to all her family.

It's awful, especially as it was on a lesson - seems to me that's when you should be at your most safe as you have support around you & an instructor. Awful & such a sudden injury. I can't believe there's no law to wear protective headware, wow.
