There have been concepts, but with the economy, Toyota cancelled plans of the Supra.
The Lexus GT550 is the new Lexus supercar coming out code named LF-A.
Originally, Toyota was going to build a Toyota version of the Lexus GT550 named the new Toyota Supra.
Other concepts included a new Hybrid sports car to be called the new Supra.
But for now, Toyota does not plan to make a Supra.
Those Twin Turbo Supra's on youtube that go fast are highly modified with 800 to 1000HP. It takes $10,000+ to give a Supra that much power.
A Slightly modified Supra Twin Turbo would be as fast as the current Nissan 350z.
