I really liked the movie...but, one thing bothered me. And I'll put it in spoiler tags because it's the end.

[sp]At the end, Leatherface pops out from the backseat and kills Jordana Brewster.[/sp]
I didn't like how it seemed like it was a planned move. I always thought Leatherface was more of a kill now, ask questions later. There was never really any kind of strategy. I didn't think he could even think...or devise a plan. It's not his style and it actually left me confused/dissappointed.

Wow I really need to see that then. To know what he was like as a baby and what made him turn the way he did.

I wouldn't have put it past her.

I think he meant because her water had broke...as if she spilled a drink, passed out...but, she was in labor.

cleis666 - I'm glad someone else agrees with me. It just felt so off and not like Leatherface to hide. And I also found it amusing how we found out how his father became the sheriff.

I saw it and really liked it. I wasn't sure how I'd like it without Jessica Biel, but I thought Jordana Brewster did a good job.

It was sad when [sp]she was under the table while Leatherface was butchering her boyfriend with the chainsaw[/sp]

That part had me like  and what did that guy mean about drinking on the job? Did he mean that she got drunk and had random sex?

Im waiting for it to come out on DVD, but I have heard some pretty good reviews on it, and I do like the TCM movies.

I thought this film was really bad and the scares were predictable. Throughout the entire movie I timed out the scares and grabbed my scared friend to make her jump more. My boyfriend who isn't a horror movie man started to be able to also do it and try and scare me as well... Didn't work.

i thought it was pretty good, it seemed more violent to me than the one that came out a few years back but, i enjoyed it.

I loved this too.. I was actually screaming and shouting while watching this film...I really feel very tired, after watching it...lolz
