Hi,
I have had some illness for the past 3 summers or so. Yes, it does go away, or at least is not bothersome in the winter.
The Sickness, as I've come to call it, manifests itself in may ways. First, my chest starts to feel kinda weird. My heart and associated body parts don't feel quite right. BTW, I'm a 23 year old male.
I also get thirsty a lot. And I get really clammy--especially in the back of my neck. I can also get dizzy, and other minorish things of that nature. I generally feel weak and shaky. I don't feel like I'm thinking (at my job, my job is to think) up to my normal standards, though this symptom is the least annoying.
Yes, so it's happened again. I had even forgotten I had it, until the other day it hit 70 F outside. The clamminess, weird heart beat, and everything came back just like that.
Reading this over, this all sounds pretty serious. I would agree, except I've been to the doc (and the hospital, and the ER) for things related to this several times. I've had stress tests, ECGs, lots of blood tests, and the verdict is that my heart is 'good', I don't have diabetes, and I wasn't dehydrated when I went last year, when the symptoms were much worse than they are now. So I feel like the chances of me dying in my sleep or something are slim, but I'd still like to get this cleared up...somehow.
Is there anything in sweat maybe, that I'm not getting enough of?
What nutrients would help ameliorate these symptoms (it's worth a shot I guess).
Any other comments are VERY welcomed. Thanks for your time!
