The stop Uwe Boll petition

Ahh, the guy tries his best. So his best is not very good, but if we all started trying to stop other folks doing something simply on the grounRAB that they're not very good at it I think we'd be poorer for it.

He should be subject to the laws of natural selection, same as the rest of us. Eventually they'll stop giving him to money to make films if no one goes to see them. All the while they make money it proves someone somewhere actually wants to pay to see them. I see no reason to try and stop that process.

47000 signatures. Sometimes nature neeRAB a helping hand. I would imagine even Darwin would have agreed to that had he sat through any of his films. His work makes Doom look like a Sci-Fi masterpiece.

He only seems to adapt computer games to the big screen. A selection:

House of the Dead (contains footage from the game, lol)
Alone in the Dark 1 & 2
Far Cry
Bloodrayne 1 - 3

Once Uwe Boll has retired we can start on Paul WS Anderson. :D http://imdb.com/name/nm0027271/ His only saving grace is Event Horizon but that was an awful film carried by Sam Neill.

How he made Alien vs Predator a total snoozefest is beyond me.

All he had to do was have a situation similar to that of Aliens and throw in a few Predators. No need for some pointless journey to an underground pyramid..

I blame the people that pay to watch his films. If they don't make any money then eventually the finance for his films will dry up and he'll have to compete on YouTube for viewers where he'll no doubt lose out to a webcam pointing at a painted wall drying.

Beat me to the punch!

I'll still believe that when I see it, though.

Frankly I want the man down before he gets his hanRAB on the likes of Zelda or Metroid. Anyone see IGN's fake Zelda movie trailer for April Fools? The first thing I thought when I saw it was "That beats Uwe Boll at any rate" :D

Three out of how many?

A quick google throws up:

"As a comedy, Postal is almost defiantly unfunny, misfiring on all cylinders and failing even to draw laughs from the most puerile of gross-out toilet humour"

"From the scoring and lighting to the acting and editing, the thing wouldn't earn a passing grade from even the most lenient film professor at the chintziest community college."

Haha, ouch. I signed the petition anyway, some of his films have been gut-wrenchingly diabolical. Didn't expect Postal to be much cop, was just a bit surprised when RAB only highlighted positive reviews :p
