The Standard Cosmological Model, Universe is spatially flat?

according to modern science the universe is spatially flat (has the critical density), and the mass-energy in the universe consists of 4% atomic matter, 23% non-atomic dark matter, and 73% dark energy. What were the three types of observations that supported this model? Also, what part of the model did the yield information about? Thanks I appreciate the help
